Mod 3-Assignment 3: Audio by Phone

Our assignment is to sign up for Gabcast and make a recording that goes directly to our blog.

Gabcast.com is a podcasting and audioblogging platform that offers an easy way to create and distribute audio content. Most use a touch-tone telephone to make their recordings and also access the service through VoIP. Once we make a recording, we will published it and a newsfeed is immediately and automatically updated to alert subscribers.

Mod 3-Assignment 2: Audio Discussion

This assignment includes an audio discussion using Horizon Wimba's Voice Tools. The setup wizard is the first step, listen to a question and then give a audio response.

The Wimba Voice tool is really easy and very user-friendly. Great tool with more than one function. One can reply by audio or text messaging to another's entry. It displays a graph chart while recording and has easy to use control buttons to manage the message while recording. The combination of text and audio capabilities is excellent for those who chose to convey by text, audio or both.
