2.) "The reason why I feel people do not use audio files in their online course is due to their low comfort level on the process and varied audio producing technology. It may be difficult for them to start while personally challenging to try on their own without guidance. Programs or tools available may not work for individuals as described, including microphone set up, etc. After many trial and errors with limited guidance, a person could spent valuable time trying and when unsuccessful, just gave up! The process could discourage any professor or student if they do not having the proper background, which in turn may lead to a decision to avoid the use of audio files in their course(s)."
